Our system supports various balcony types, including cantilever, integral, free-standing, and winter gardens, with minimal size restrictions.

High-strength connections reduce thermal bridging, requiring half as many connection points as traditional systems. A unique thermal isolation plate further minimises cold bridging. The robust platform, made of hot-dip galvanised steel, ensures durability and corrosion resistance, ready for finishing touches like decking, soffits, and balustrades.

Our structural lift shaft is pre-constructed to accommodate the lift car, rails, and lifting beam. The lift shafts are created using a lightweight steel frame, with a hot-rolled steel ring beam at each floor level. We also design, manufacture, and install prefabricated lift overruns tailored to specific lift brands. A fire-resistant plasterboard lining is subsequently installed by others.
