Metek host Kier team at their Manufacturing Facility in support of the £10bn Offsite Construction Solutions framework
On Wed 29th January, Metek hosted their 1st Manufacturing Facility tour of 2025.
A team from Kier including their Architects and Engineers, travelled from both ends of the country to see what ‘skin in the game’ we really have.
They were not left wanting.
Our visitors were shown around by our very experienced team who answered all questions with confidence and assurance.
Our innovative solutions and ideas left them with the confidence much needed for delivering the upcoming SLA project in Devon.
This is part of the new Government collaborative Offsite Construction Solutions framework that’s expected to be worth up to £10bn as more projects swing over to ‘offsite’ methods of construction in the drive to cut costs and aim for carbon net zero targets.
Among mainstream contractors, the Kier/Metek JV features alongside other successful contractors.
