In January 2026, Metek hosted the SLA Programmatic Approach – Alliance Collaboration Hub in partnership with Kier Construction and the DIO.
The Single Living Accommodation programme has been rolled out to various contractors and the Kier/Metek JV is focussing on an LGSF 2D panelised solution approach to deliver accommodation blocks throughout the country.
This has been an incredible journey so far with great input from all of the parties involved and we look forward to delivering our 1st scheme.
